Volunteers know the material, one part-time person can publish, and an officer has to approve it. So the spreadsheet becomes the real content system, the newsletter and the website say different things, and a wrong date has already embarrassed somebody once.
Collect it in one place, have the officer approve it, and publish to the site members already know — plus a printed sheet for the members who do not read email. The next chair inherits a working arrangement rather than a folder.

Not a membership platform
We do not do dues, member logins or a community feed, and we will not ask you to replace the system that handles them. We fix the publishing part — the part that is currently a spreadsheet and one very patient volunteer.
